Really good stay!

Check-in was smooth because of the staff's professional demeanor. The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to the Avenida metro station. I was happy to discover a breakfast box available for early day trips. The bed was SUPER comfortable, assuring a good night's rest.

The rooms had NO shelving. There were no dressers. I had to live out of my suitcase , inconvenient.

The hotel room included a bluetooth speaker. Connecting my phone was EASY, and the speaker quality was amazing. The room also featured three large windows facing the park.

the location was super. it was a nice walk of approximately 10 minutes to the city centre. i found it easy to catch the metro just a 2 minute walk from the hotel and we used that alot to visit various locations.

the room i stayed in had no hot water kettle. the hotel refused to give one. there was no room service. i needed hot water, so i had to go to the bar area and request a cup of hot water which i then carried back to my room.

The location worked well. It was easy to reach attractions and public transport.

The room lacked a kettle (which i needed) and the hotel didn't provide one (a real disappointment). there was no room service either, meaning getting hot water required a trip to the bar. the absence of a table in the room made things even less convenient. I missed having a dedicated space.

The breakfast offered many choices. It was available from 8 to 11. The staff prepared a breakfast box for my early checkout, which I appreciated. The room felt spacious and clean, with fresh towels daily and nice toiletries provided.

The room had no fridge so keeping drinks cold was difficult.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed early check-in, helpful after traveling through time zones. Carlos and Pedro were particularly excellent, providing really good support .

The breakfast had good taste and many options. It provided a great start to the day. There is a bar and restaurant on site. It seems super cool, but I didn't attend any shows. The cabaret theme extends into the breakfast room.

The location was nice. It allowed walking distance to many places. It is also close to the metro with an easy walk. A park and cafe across the street WERE convenient. I enjoyed relaxing there.
